Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Tenth Avenue Strategic Transactions website. Any work we undertake with you is governed by a separate engagement agreement.
1. Working with Tenth Avenue Strategic Transactions
We work alongside investors and strategic buyers pursuing growth through acquisition and investment. Our agreed work can include growth strategy and opportunity identification, assessing fit, shaping transactions and coordinating funding, structure, technical and stakeholder requirements through settlement, integration and ongoing support. You may discuss an opportunity we have sourced or bring your own transaction or acquisition / investment requirement.
The scope, responsibilities, fees or other commercial arrangements, relevant conflicts and limits of reliance are agreed for each engagement. An introduction or website enquiry does not itself establish an engagement or authorise work. Working together does not create a legal partnership, agency or equity relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Website information and opportunities
Website content and examples are general information. They are not an investment offer, an application to invest, a personal recommendation or confirmation of your eligibility to participate in any transaction.
References to opportunities being sourced and vetted describe preliminary sourcing and assessment. They do not mean that full legal, tax, technical or other specialist due diligence has been completed, that every issue has been identified, or that an opportunity is suitable for you.
Any assessment, valuation, advice or specialist work must have an expressly agreed scope. You should consider the transaction-specific information, approvals and specialist input needed before making a decision. We do not guarantee access to an opportunity, funding, completion, investment returns or the removal of risk.
3. Introduction meeting requests
The meeting form allows you to request a preferred date and time for a 15-minute introduction. All requested times are Eastern Standard Time (AEST, UTC+10). A submission acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request, not a reserved appointment; availability must be confirmed separately.
A meeting request does not commit either party to a transaction, establish an engagement or confirm access to a particular opportunity.
4. Information you provide
Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation.
Keep initial enquiries brief. Do not submit confidential financial records, identity documents or information you are not authorised to disclose through the introduction form. Any further information-sharing arrangements should be agreed for the transaction.
5. Website materials
The Tenth Avenue branding and website materials belong to Tenth Avenue or the relevant rights holders. You may view the site and share links for lawful purposes. Reproduction or commercial use of protected materials requires permission unless permitted by law.
6. Availability and external links
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but information may change and access may be interrupted. We may correct or update content and restrict website access where reasonably needed for security, legal compliance or misuse. This does not itself change the terms of an existing professional engagement.
External websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not by itself endorse their content or establish a service relationship.
7. Responsibility and your rights
The website is not a substitute for transaction-specific work or an engagement agreement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from treating general website information as a completed assessment of a transaction.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Responsibility for agreed professional work is governed by the engagement agreement and applicable law.
8. Privacy and questions
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with enquiries and agreed transaction work.
For questions about these terms, contact Tenth Avenue through the accounting practice’s website and identify your enquiry as relating to Strategic Transactions. The legal entity and contact details for an engagement will be set out in the engagement documents.
